Healing Begins With God’s Love

The Testimony of Jesus: the Spirit of Prophecy

I want to share with you a powerful, game-changing truth about receiving your miracle: “the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of prophecy” (Revelation 19:10). This means that every time someone shares what Jesus has done in their life—a healing, a breakthrough, a transformation—that testimony acts as a prophetic word. It declares that God can do the same for you! That’s why I love sharing stories of what I’ve seen God do. It’s not to show off, but to show you who Jesus is and what He’s able to accomplish.

I’ve seen some incredible miracles. For example, I once had a word of knowledge about a young man suffering from long Covid. He had no energy and couldn’t go to school. The moment I said this, it was a prophetic word to him. He was instantly healed, then able to go back to school, graduate and go to college. And his testimony, in turn, becomes a prophecy for someone else suffering from the same ailment!

Or about two and a half years ago, I saw in a vision a couple who couldn’t have children and had an appointment for medical treatment. I said the word and they came to the front; God had told me to pray for them and ask them to cancel the appointment, to tell them to “give God another chance”. They were from a “very Reformed” church and hesitated, but they had the courage to do it. I prayed for them with compassion, because healing begins with God’s love. Three months later, she was pregnant, and nine months after that, a miracle baby was born. They came to testify with their baby. If you long to have children and are infertile, I speak to your wombs, you women, I speak to you men: be fruitful in Jesus’ name! Their story is a prophecy for you!

I also saw a man who couldn’t kneel because of metal plates in his knee following an accident and an operation. When I prayed for people with metal in their bodies, he stood up. He was very brave, pushed aside chairs around to try to kneel and he was able to do so, his knee was totally flexible and pain free. Jesus heals!

Overcoming Barriers and Drawing Near to Jesus

Let’s look at the story of the woman with the blood loss in Mark 5:25-34. She had to overcome three main barriers to reach Jesus:

1. Her body. It was crying out to her that she was very sick, weak. Maybe your body is screaming at you: pain, pain, pain! But I hope that by focusing on Jesus, you can let go of the pain and believe that He has already taken it on the cross. By His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5). I saw a man with severe lung disease (COPD) who could barely breathe. After praying for him, I invited him to run with me. His illness told him no, but he said yes to Jesus and ran around the room! He was completely healed right then and there. Trust Jesus more than your body, for He is the Creator.

2. His religious background. According to Jewish law, if you shed blood, you were unclean; you weren’t allowed to touch people. But she said no to her theological thinking and yes to Jesus. Maybe your theology tells you that sickness is your fault, that you have to carry it like a cross, or that miracles were for the past. But bearing your cross has nothing to do with sickness! It’s about following Jesus, no matter what the critics say. Jesus is the One who heals today, and He is greater than your theology.

3. The people around Jesus. This woman was weak, but she had to push her way through a large crowd to reach Jesus. For she had heard about Him. I hope that hearing about Jesus will plant a seed of faith in you, and that you won’t worry about the people around you. You’ll “go crazy” and just go to Jesus! She made her way with faith, creating her own theology: “If I just touch His clothes, I’ll be healed”!

There were dozens of people around Jesus, touching Him, but Jesus stopped and said, “Someone has touched Me”, with faith. You can be very close to Jesus and miss your miracle. You can hear the Word of God and think it is good, or hear me preach and think “that’s a good preacher”. But I’d like you to leave thinking: Jesus is better than I thought! He’s the Healer! Don’t focus on me, focus on Him.

Faith in Action: Receiving Anointing and Healing

Years ago, I had a very powerful word of knowledge: I saw an X-ray of two vertebrae welded together by an operation. I shared this with the assembly. No response. A man, urged on by his wife, finally responded: operated on 38 years previously, bedridden then in a wheelchair, having lost his hair due to medication, with one leg shorter than the other, he was in a lot of pain. I prayed, without effect the first time, but the pain went away on the second prayer. Then he went back to his place, and God healed him completely. We have photos showing that God broke one of the titanium rods and put a new intervertebral disc in place. His legs are even, he’s off his meds, the pain is gone, and his hair has grown back! After 38 years, he was completely healed by the power of God, because Jesus is Creator! This is a prophecy for you if you have similar problems. Jesus is so good!

Faith invites you to say no to your body, your way of thinking, people’s pressure and yes to Jesus. If I pray for you and ask you to test, don’t say “nothing to report”. Test, test! I believe God touches you, and I’ve seen so many times people healed on the fifth or sixth try, because it’s an act of faith.

Finally, I believe there is a transmission of the anointing and gifts of the Holy Spirit for you. It says in Acts 19:11 that “God was working extraordinary miracles through Paul’s hands”. When Paul laid hands on the disciples in Ephesus, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied. A great Awakening had begun, and there were only 12 of them. Today, God is releasing the fire and gifts of the Holy Spirit—healing, prophecy, revelation, signs, miracles, faith.—I pray you receive His fire now.

Sometimes legalism and a limiting mindset make us think miracles aren’t for us or our country. But the Lord wants to break that lie! He wants to awaken the spirit of adventure, the faith to take on new territories for the Kingdom of God. One of the biggest Revivals in Europe began with a Norwegian who had an encounter with God in New York. God is looking for ordinary people ready to trust an extraordinary God! If you’re sick, put your hand on the affected area and wait for Jesus’ healing. Your body, mind and others say no, but Jesus says yes. Be ready to receive!
